New beachfront resort, voted #1 in Hawaii, #7 in the US and #21 in the world by Expedia Insiders’ Select 2008 with a rating of 96.59. This unit is almost 900 sq ft. furnished Tommy Bahama style. Unusual for a 1 bedroom unit, is it has 2 full bathrooms so your party can get out into the sun fast. The kitchen is like no other with Travertine floors, granite counters, and stainless appliances by Sub-Zero, Wolf and a double high Fisher/Paykel dishwasher. This unit being only a year old has all the modern electronic equipment with wireless DSL, 2 plasma TVs, and HD cable and free HBO. From either the living room or bedroom lanai of this 3rd floor unit you can see the entire courtyard grounds containing the one of a kind 2 acre serpentine pool with water falls caves, slides and sand bottom shallow section for the kids. There are also 3 sand bottom spas with 2 reserved for adults. Just beyond that view is the resort front sandy beach on the Pacific for swimming or snorkeling.

Conveniently located on the east side, there are numerous beaches (including one on site) restaurants, shops, diveshops, and a Safeway all within a couple blocks. 1 mile south is the Wailua River offering assorted tours, including kayaking, and trips to the famous Ferm Grotto. A short drive north is is the Kamokila Hawaiian Village and Opeka'a Falls. Just a little further north, on the way to Princeville and Hanalei, is Kiluaea Point Lighthouse and Wildlife Refuge.

This spacious place is like having a home away from home. It is quiet, close to shopping and restaurants, and no more expensive than an average hotel room. Hard to go wrong here.

Lovely condo

This condo is nicely decorated and furnished. The location in Kapaa is excellent splitting the difference between north and south shores so that drive times are reasonable to all destinations. The pool is awesome.
