May is only month avail!Fantastic Ocean Views as soon as you enter into the private gated front yard, through the windows of the home. See the ocean and hear the seals playing from your private home, NOT A CONDO! Patio furniture in front and back yards. BBQ included, with Bicycles. Views from front and backyards Living Room, Dinning Room, Kitchen, Den, and Master Bedroom.

Sliding doors from the Dinning Room, Master Bedroom and Living Room make this home open, and breezy. Decorated in nautical tones and touches, it has been upgraded with lots of amenities. Open kitchen with bar counter tops and bar stools. This gated community is 24hr guard gated with private access to the beach with easy parking or walking. Community pool/spa and clubhouse, 4 tennis courts. Walk to Coffee HOuse,Cafe Mezaluna, The Ritz Carlton and shops and restaurants.
