Just outside your window you can see all the action of the Cocoa Beach Pier. The Cocoa Beach Pier offers fine dining, snacks, open bar, live music, beach volleyball, and pier fishing (rent poles and buy bait right on the pier). Surfing equipment rental also available on the beach. See Cruise ships pass by almost daily. Great direct east ocean views from the balconies off the living room and the master bedroom. Enjoy the view of the surfers, the volleyball players, the pier or just relax to the soothing sounds of the ocean right from your living room.

Next to the Cocoa Beach Pier, under an hour from Disney and other Orlando attractions. Kennedy Space Center is just North of us along with the Port where cruise ships come and go almost daily. World Famous Ron Jon's Surf Shop is just several blocks south of us. Great Central Location.
