The Pepperwood home is a nicely furnished three bedroom, 3 bath waterfront pool home. The home is situated on a quiet street, located close to the Marco River for boating.
Inside the home, you will find traditional furnishings with a king bed in the master suite. Sliding glass doors open out to the screened lanai. There is a large walk-in closet, and seperate tub and shower.
The guest bedrooms have a double bed and two twin beds respectively. Each guest bedroom has its own full bath as well.
The home is fully furnished, and has a formal living and dining area combined. There is a small kitchen with all appliances, and a family room as well. The screened lanai is accessible from both the family room and formal living room.
The screened lanai has a (seasonally) heated swimming pool, lots of lanai furniture and a gas grille. There is a boat dock to tie a small boat up to. *PLEASE NOTE: The garage is for one car only. Turnday: Any. Amenities: Home, Air Conditioning, Grill/BBQ, Pool Heated, Dock, Garage/carport, Screened Lanai, Laundry in Unit, TV, VCR and/or DVD Player, Waterfront.
