This spacious waterfront 3 bedroom privately owned home is located just a short walk from Tigertail Beach. The unique decor is cottage style, featuring country cupboards, a 9 ft. harvest table, apothecary, and vintage signs. The great room has leather furniture, a wide screen TV, DVD, and VCR. There are beautiful plantation shutters throughout.

The kitchen features cherry cabinets, granite countertops, and double ovens. The home is well stocked, and has everything you’ll need from dishes, cookware, glasses, linens, and towels. The master suite has a king bed, large walk-in closet, TV, and full bath. The guest bedrooms each have a queen bed, TV, and share a full bath. The den has a desk with internet access, and a queen sleeper sofa.

The pool with spill-over waterfall, has southern exposure, a pool bath, and can be accessed from the master bedroom, great room/kitchen area, or pool bedroom. Enjoy grilling on the lanai, or fishing off the dock. Turnday: Any. Amenities: Home, Air Conditioning, Grill/BBQ, Pool Heated, Dock, Garage/carport, Screened Lanai, Laundry in Unit, TV, VCR and/or DVD Player, Waterfront, Wireless or Cable Internet.
