The Coronada home is a newer, spacious exquisite waterfront home. The home is centrally located on the island, convenient and close to shops, restaurants and the beach. The home offers southern exposure, and has a heated swimming pool with spillover spa and boat dock.
The home is beautifully decorated, and offers the best of everything. The kitchen features granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. There are formal living and dining areas, and a comfortable family room located off the kitchen. Sliding glass doors open from the family room, formal living room and master bedroom out to the screened lanai.
The master suite features a king bed, large walk-in closet and separate tub and shower. The guest bedrooms offer a queen and two twin beds, repsectively. A second full bath is shared by the guest bedrooms. Turnday: Any. Amenities: Home, Air Conditioning, Grill/BBQ, Pool w/in pool spa, Pool Heated, Dock, Garage/carport, Screened Lanai, Laundry in Unit, Southern Exposure, TV, VCR and/or DVD Player, Waterfront.
