The flats are located in a residential area of West Kensington in a Victorian Terrace property. All flats have two bedrooms and two bathrooms and can accommodate 4 person, some flats can accommodate 5, bed size vary according to each flat. All flats have fully equipped kitchen with washer/dryers - some have dishwashers. TV and Wi-Fi broadband access is available (internet access is free of charge).
The flats are within 3mins walk to Underground Station which is direct link to Bond Street, Oxford Circus it is also within easy walk to Notting Hill Gate and Portbello Market. There are also numerous buses direct to many of the sightseeing locations.
Local amenities include the flats being 3 mins walk to the newly developed Westfield Shopping Centre with numerous restaurants and shops.

My wife and I spent 10 days in London, and this flat was like coming back to our own home each day. Clean, modern, exactly as pictures, and owner answered all our questions via email. Provided assistance with transportation around town and to the airport. 2 blocks from subway, buses, overground train. Westfield mall and restaurants abound. 1st time using HomeAway...loved it.
Family of four stayed here for a week. 3-4 minute walk to the tube station as advertised. I would recommend this for a family of our size as it was clean, safe, and reasonably priced compared to most things in London. Very easy to gain access as George met us at the flat to let us in and show us around the flat. Georgia was extremely reponsive in answering our questions and handling issues related to our flight being delayed by one day. I would stay here again if we are in London over the next few years.
Excellent Flat for the money and location, key pickup and personal walk thru well done with George who lives across the street, flat was clean and in good condition, good food and activities at shepards bush park only 5 minutes away, central line tube station at shepards bush too and was very convenient along with the huge and new Westfield Mall, a couple of smaller restaurant/take outs and stores only 200 feet away, but flat still feels very quiet and residential, deposit promptly refunded and no issues, I would definitely stay again and would highly recommend to anyone not wanting to stay directly in central london, this place is close enough and far enough at the same time, the perfect combination that I was looking for. Only thing the kids would have liked would have been more cable/sat channels as they are used to having hundreds at home, but we were out most of the time anyway.
We loved the flat & its convenience to the Underground & shopping--an enormous upscale mall is within walking distance Everything in the flat was well-maintained & even good books were on the shelves. I would definitely recommend it to friends & relatives as it made London even more charming than it was when we visited last. Arrangements were made for picking us up at Heathrow as well as for our departure so we were extremely pleased at the helpfulness we encountered. And yes, we do want to come back next year.
Stayed at this accommodation from Aug.24-Aug.31. 2011. We were 3 people and thoroughly enjoyed the flat, the location and the proximity to shops, restaurants and the tube station. I also enjoyed the communication with Georgia. From the beginning of contact, Georgia was efficient, pleasant and a fountain of information for us, which was really appreciated. We would stay at this flat again and would recommend it to friends who would be travelling to the UK.
It was a delightful experience indeed! Must say it was the first time I booked an apartment online and was apprehensive about what to expect. Apartment was very clean and well maintained. Very cozy and kitchen was well equipted. Airy and bright overall.
Simple decor but adequate
Very convenient walk to Westfield Shopping Centre.
Nearby shops for Fish and Chips and convenient Off Licence.
1pound shop also nearby for toiletries ,bits and bobs necessary for travellers and visitors just 3-4 mins away
Although usually relatively quiet street , at times in the morning, could be noisy from passing traffic, as my windows were facing the road. First floor ok for us but could be a bit inconvenient and not for elderly.
The lady whom I liased with was most helpful indeed.
Definitely would recommend to friends and in fact my friend whom I shared it with is going to book it for next summer.
