Local Ferries: The Property is but a 5 minute walk to the Small Ferry Terminal of Santa Eularia. From here Ferries run Daily during High Season to Formentera, Ibiza Town, Es Cana Hippy Market and several Beaches along the Coast.

Great location and great views

We stayed in this apartment the first week in September. We arrived late in the evening on a hot and sticky night and the first pleasant surprise was to find some nice cold beers, water and milk in the fridge which was a nice and welcome touch. The apartment is exactly as described in the listing and the biggest plus has to be the views across the Marina from both the large lounge terrace but also the roof terrace. We sunbathed up there for 4 of the 7 days we stayed and it catches a great breeze to make it comfortable and as it is so huge it makes capturing the sun all day easy. There are two large parasols for those that want to escape the sun. All the facilities are there that we needed and the kitchen was very well equipped. The location is superb as there is plenty of parking nearby and it is only a 5 minute walk down to the harbour and all the bars and restaurants. There are bars in the immediate area as well if you don't want to walk anywhere but they don't make the area noisy at all. The terraces are shaded in the evenings so there is a welcome cooling breeze making them lovely venues to sit out for a relaxing glass of your favourite "tipple". The owner was very helpful and gave us easy to follow and concise directions for finding the apartment. We would highly recommend the apartment to either families, couples or groups of friends. If I wanted to look for any "cons" to the apartment then internet access would have been great but the owner did make it clear it wasn't available and there was a good clear 4G signal so it wasn't a problem and also the air conditioning isn't the strongest in high temperatures but there were several large stand fans in each room which kept us cool enough. A lovely apartment in a great location - we'll be back if the owner will have us!

Space and tranquility

Having lost the use of my parents spacious appartment in Santa Eulalia after 25 years use, due to its sale, it was so good to find this luxuriously spacious appartment to use instead! The large rooms inside, including the kitchen were all lovely but the best bit about this appartment is the outside space and privacy. We virtually lived on the lower balcony which has incredibly comfy sofas and is in the shade due to the upper floor. The upstairs balcony is huge and is a fantastic area for sunbathing with a welcome breeze all day. No noisy hotels or bars nearby so very tranquil until the bin men arrive at about 0600, so for those who don't want to be woken you will need to keep the french doors in your bedroom closed overnight.

We'll be back, we liked it!

September Sunshine 2011

This apartment fulfilled all its' promises!

It is positioned in a quiet residential area, yet very handy and in easy walking distance of all the amenities and delights of Santa Eularia.

The apartment was well equiped and deceptively spacious with the added bonus of a really large balcony leading off the lounge, where we

spent many happy hours sitting, eating and chatting, enjoying the great view over the sea and Marina.

The owner met us on arrival and was very helpful and informative,

about good restaurants and giving us information about trips out and local buses.

We were a party of four female friends over 60 and would recommend this apartment highly, we had a bedroom each which was great!

The roof terrace provided another dimension with a large outdoor area with seating and barbeque facilities to use as required.

Thank you for a very relaxed and pleasant stay!!

Hoiday apartment in Santa Eularia

We rented this apartment in Santa Eularia and had a lovely holiday. The apartment is spacious and well equipped, has a large roof area with BBQ over looking the harbour and is for sole use. The views are wonderful. There are many very good local restaurants and bars a few minutes walk from the apartment and Formentera can easily be reach by boat from the harbour or Ibiza town (well worth a visit) by bus from the resort centre. We would definitely recommend this apartment for anyone wishing to stay in a quieter part of Ibiza, as we did, although it may be worth mentioning that the air conditioning didn't quite cope with the warm July nights.

We have just returned from a wonderful week in this apartment, the photos just do not do it justice. The apartment is large spacious and provides everything one needs.

Look no further....

This is possibly one of the best presented apartments I’ve ever stayed in. The web site pictures simply don’t do justice to the space, quality finish and contents . It’s located in a private residential building so very little noise and the views of the marina are just superb, especially from the roof terrace.

Our every need was catered for by the owner, Peter including taxi prices (Euro 30 each way), local contacts and even a brand new travel cot.

Only a 5 minute walk to the beautiful beach and wonderful town and if you haven’t been to Santa Eulalia before, you’ll be back. This was my third time in the resort and without hesitation I’d book this apartment again.
