RANKED AS ONE OF THE TOP FIVE FAMILY BEACHES IN THE USA

BY NATIONAL GEOGRAPHIC TRAVELER MAGAZINE!

Once you park your car your feet never touch anything but sand. This duplex is just 250 feet from the ocean with private beach access as part of the High Barbaree Association. Additionally, it features completely remodeled kitchens with all new appliances including a dishwasher, refrigerator, stove, and microwave. The kitchen also has a large size island countertop. We have added a full-size WASHER & DRYER for your convenience.

The beach has a full-time lifeguard on duty in season and the rental includes badges for the beach. The bay is a short walk with swimming, kyaking and other activities available. There is a regulation volleyball court between the house and the ocean. The three full-sized bedrooms are air-conditioned. The house has a freshly painted interior & exterior. Each floor includes oversized decks with outdoor furniture. Each level has 3 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, and an indoor and outdoor shower.

Each level has use of their own gas grill which is located in the back yard. Parking available for two cars for each floor in front of the house.

This centrally located house has access to a beautiful park a few blocks away located on the bay side. The park has many available activities. These include basketball, swimming, a soccer field and outdoor concerts in the summer. A short walk to the many restaurants, ice cream parlor, liquor store, food store, video/DVD rentals, gift shop and post office. Miniature golf is available a short distance away. Fishing equipment and kayaks are available at the Marina nearby.

This very charming house can be yours for a special family vacation. Please No Smoking and No Pets.

We have been spending our annual family vacation here for past 3 summers…A picture is worth a thousand words and pictures of this wonderful home are totally accurate. It is so friendly, casual & comfortable for all generations - we have young children (under 6 yrs.) and 2 grandparents (old) and this home accommodates us all. The location is fantastic - situated on a private street just steps from the beach and <1 mile from Sunset Park (crabbing, playground, hoops, etc.). It is well equipped family oriented beach house with ample deck furniture, BBQ, two larges dining tables (inside and on the deck) which can handle family meals and afternoon drinks. There is a very large empty sand lot for kids to play (in view from the deck) plus private access to their own bocce and sand volleyball court. We had everything we could possibly need to thoroughly enjoy our time away. The owners were extremely helpful with every detail including where to grocery shop. Thank you for your hospitality and ease in making wonderful vacation memories.
