Our Beautiful 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa has 2 master suites. It is situated on a large plot in a mixed residential / rental community off Hwy 27 surrounded by orange groves yet is just 15 minutes from Disney. Villa Sirenia is decorated and furnished to a very high standard. The high ceiling living room and dining area lead via the breakfast nook and kitchen to a family room. The two twin bedrooms share a bathroom. All bedrooms and the family room have cable TVs. The master suites, family room and living room all have direct access to the heated screened pool / spa and lanai which has fans, lights and padded pool furniture so you can enjoy your cocktails in comfort after a hectic day at the parks or on the fairway. There is a surround-sound DVD/ Hi Fi CD player (plus selection of DVDs). Various games: both PS2 and traditional board games will keep our younger guests amused. Our recently upgraded Games Room now includes: full size Table Tennis, 8 ft Pool Table and Air Hockey.

Our home is situated in the peaceful and exclusive community of Tuscan Ridge. Many of the homes are permanent residences - we think this is why the community has a quiet, subtly different atmosphere (e.g. no queuing with 20 other cars to get back in just after Disney closes). It is surrounded by orange groves and woodland, yet is just 30 minutes from the airport, 15 minutes from Disney and 5 minutes from several golf courses including Championsgate designed by Greg Norman. Close to Hwy 27, I-4, and Hwy 192, the gulf and space coasts are within easy reach, as are the fantastic shopping malls, shops, restaurants and other attractions that Orlando and Kissimmee have to offer.

    A charge of up to £50 ($90) for cleaning will normally be made on stays of less than 6 days.
    A deposit of 20% of the rental cost is required to secure the booking. Final balance due 8 weeks before the start of the holiday.

Notes: We hope that you will find everything you need in our home to make a holiday of a lifetime possible - All linens and towels including pool/beach towels are provided and should you wish to travel light, a large washer and tumble drier are in the utility room along with an ironing board and iron. There is a hair drier in each bathroom (hair straighteners in the master), and an alarm clock in each bedroom. Ice in those cocktails? no problem, there is an ice maker for cubes and crushed ice in the fully fitted kitchen. The air conditioning will provide a cool place to 'chill' when the Florida sun is at it's highest and alarms on all doors leading to the pool will ensure you know if someone's trying to swim without you. So you can let your friends know what a fantastic time you are having, local, long distance and international calls are free. A cot, high chair and stroller are available at no extra charge. Our management company is on hand should you need help or information.

Hi Lynda and Steve!!
The villa is lovely...From the moment we walked in the door we all said WOW- how beautiful. Really had a great week. The spa and pool was enjoyed by all!! Florida5Star was also very good to deal with when I made arrangements for heat for the pool/spa. Loved all of the colors and decorations in the home.
We did a lot of cooking and at the Villa and did not find a lot of cookware. My only suggestion possibly add a few more pieces for the guests.
Thanks once again for letting us enjoy the Villa. Loved it!!!!!!!
