OCEANFRONT KING - NEAR NEW BOARDWALK & SKYWHEEL!!

Where to start...We had a wonderful time. Our family has been coming to this area of MB since 1992. This section is perfect for everyone. The driving distance to everything that MB has to offer is perfect. You are in the main area and can easily travel to North or South MB within minutes. The new boardwalk is just a walk away. Our two teens went with us this time and enjoyed being able to walk to the pavallion area where something is going on nightly for all to enjoy. The Roxanne is wonderful. Can not say enough about it. Being on the fouth floor was also a plus. Views are excellent from the balcony. One nice plus is that the elevator was ALWAYS quick unlike other hotels where it is an issue. Parking at the hotel is also a plus. We parked right on the property lot most of our stay but when it was full the lot across the street is well lit and can easily be viewed from the front of the hotel room. With the seperate bedroom my husband and I got to enjoy our privacy and the kids each had a place to sleep. Our daughter took the pull our sofa and our son took the pull down murphy. Suprisingly with both beds out the room still had plenty of room!! We were able to move around both freely.Washer and dryer in the unit means less to pack! Everything about our vacation was perfect...short of not being able to stay longer!! Making reservations with Pam was a pleasure. Having been in the hotel industry for 15+ years I can easily say that this experience was one of the best. Everything is just as stated and we had no suprises. We will be staying with the Britt's again. The Hunley's

PS Everyone should try the Grouper at Pier 14! Excellent place to eat.

The condo is just as described, very clean and on the beach. This was our first time visiting Myrtle Beach and we enjoyed the pool and the beach every day. The weather was great and there were a lot of activities for our 3 year old to do. The noise level was a bit much for us, as we didn't know what to expect. Having Walmart and other stores so close was so helpful! Our friends went to Alligator Adventures and had a blast. The boardwalk was busy every night with activities to do too.

We enjoyed a fun-filled 2 week vacation at Pam's condo in the Roxanne Towers. This is a great building and it is well maintained. The elevators work at almost lightning speed...seldom any waiting! Pam's condo was even better than her description. It was loaded with quality towels and lots of bedding. She supplied plush beach towels and beach chairs. There was also an umbrella and a camp chair. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, bowls, glasses, pots & pans, and small appliances. We found this to be a very comfortable and welcoming condo. The view from the balcony was terrific, especially early mornings for the sunrises. The view was great too while preparing a meal in the kitchen. The living room has a comfy sofa and 2 swivel rockers. There is a wonderfully comfortable king size bed in the bedroom. There is a big closet and lots of drawers for storage. The bathroom has access from both the hallway and the bedroom...it is clean and bright.
This is such a great location that we did not move our car for days! Pier 14 and the Boardwalk are only 2 blocks away. Kmart is just a short walk up the street, as is Piggly Wiggly. There is an Olive Garden, McDonald's, TCBY and a Krispy Creme just a stroll away too. Lots of souvenir shops to wander to and little restaurants...try the River City Cafe on 21st Ave N! Boardwalk on the Beach, both Tanger outlets and the Coastal Mall are just minutes away in your car. There are dozens of nearby golf courses too.
Pam is wonderful to work with and answers all questions promptly. She made the rental process so easy for us. An added bonus that we appreciated with this condo is the keyless entry, which meant no keys for us to misplace or lose on the beach!
Thanks to the Britts for renting this great condo to us. We are looking forward to returning next year!
