Ground Level: Carport with covered entry.

Extras: New Hot Tub(6) for 2008, 4 CATVs, 4 VCRs, DVD player, stereo with CD, home located on private street, screened porch, fish cleaning station, gas grill. Private beach access for 9th Avenue use only. TENNIS PRIVILEGES at the Hillcrest tennis courts. No Smoking. No Pets. DTB: 1100 ft. Turnday: Sunday.
