The apartment is fully air conditioned and fully centrally heated. TV set, video, stereo system and internet line available. The sea is a 10 minute walk away. Local shops, bars, restaurants etc. 15 minutes by bus to the Metro. 30 minutes by car from the centre of Athens. 30 minutes by car from the airport.
