Inspired by Frank Lloyd Wright but designed for the present, this beautiful one bedroom condominium is located in the desirable Deep Well area and on the former site of the historic Biltmore Hotel. It is just minutes from the downtown shops, clubs, casinos, bars, upscale restaurants and all that Palm Springs has to offer.

This upper floor one bedroom condo has charm, style, private and has all the modern comforts. The open floor plan combines the open living room with a large flat panel High Definition TV, dining room with seating for four and fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, tall ceilings and peek-a-boo mountain views. This one bedroom unit is fully furnished, with luxury linens, beautiful contemporary furniture, walk in closet, and Two flat panel TV's. (Murphy Bed wall cabinet just off the front room will sleep (1-2)

Additional amenities in the Biltmore Colony community include 2 Jacuzzis, 3 pools with poolside cooling "misters", furnished cabanas, and poolside gourmet kitchen with luxury appliances, including a stainless steel BBQ and refrigerator, outdoor speakers and satellite radio with volume controls for each cabana, a large new gym with modern workout equipment and flat screen TVs.

The private gated community is set near the base of the beautiful San Jacinto Mountains, which invoke community, and a sense of Tranquility and Peace. The Biltmore Colony is a must stay community for that Palm Springs experience!

We recently stayed in this unit for a month and it was a great place to stay for some R & R. The unit was just like home and had everything you could want. Mark, the owner, was very helpful in answering any questions we had. We loved the location, an easy walk to downtown. We will keep it on our list, when heading to Palm Springs in the future.

Christmas in the Desert

We had a great stay at the condo in the month of December. We were pleased the moment we saw the nicely laid out and furnished unit. The condo came with all the extras including beverages, snacks and condiments. We spoke with Mark a number of times throughout our stay and he was very helpful in answering any and all questions that we had. The location was great with easy access to downtown PS and right off route 111 for access to Palm Desert and Rancho Mirage. We would love to rent this condo again in the future.

Our stay at The Biltmore was most enjoyable.
There was nothing wanting as the unit was well appointed and spotless.
We lacked nothing upon our arrival.
Our hosts Mark and Lori
had left starter snacks in the fridge, coffee and tea also.
After a long drive we felt their generosity as we relaxed.
Very thoughtful hosts.
We found our stay very calming and would not hesitate to return.

Well, what can I say about a wonderful vacation! Mark and Lori's place is everything that one could want. I really enjoyed my stay. The weather was great. There was a tremendous amount of activity in the valley to enjoy and the location of the condo is perfect to get around and enjoy them all.
