There is an additional refrigerator up stairs. Community pool and tennis privileges included. This condo is in the Duck area. Top Level: Front bedroom has sliding glass doors overlooking porch. Queen bed, sink vanity, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster oven, TV.. Second bedroom w/double 1 Single, Full bathroom... Ground Level: Great room with sliding glass doors overlooking front porch with full awning. Complete kitchen with new ceramic tile floor, dining room, full bathroom, bedroom with 2 doubles and large walk in closet. Extras: 2 TVs, VCR, 3 AM/FM/radios, ice tea maker, brisker, 2 Fridges, one 35" TV. games, puzzles and books. Two coffee makers, Deck Furniture, Weber grill, No pets.Parking for 3 Turnday: Saturday. Amenities: Community Pool, Keyless Entry, Tennis.
