Professionally designed, Island style, with Tommy Bahama ceiling fans and furniture in Living Room and Bedroom. This beautiful, renovated, completely upgraded unit has everything ALL NEW: tile flooring, carpeting, paint, grass cloth, custom lighting, granite, mirrors, interior furniture and patio furniture, kitchen, bathroom, and vanity, and walk-in shower.

The Whaler is the only Condo Resort on Kaanapali Beach located 50 feet from the ocean with the white sand swimming beach, rated one of the 10 Best of 'Worlds Best Beaches'. The ocean front pool is in front, with direct pool/patio access to the basement level of Tower 1.

Located in the quiet part of the complex, on the North most private side of Tower I, providing maximum comfort and peace. The Double Lanai balcony, stretches in front of the main living area and bedroom, and has views of the Ocean, Black Rock, Molokai, Humpback Whales in Winter, Summertime Sunset, West Maui Mountains with the ever present Rainbows. Enjoy Lounging, Dining, and perhaps a cocktail or Mai Tai at sunset while watching Black Rock's nightly torch lighting.

The Kitchen is completely outfitted with silverware, crystal, 2 complete sets of service for 8 dishes, serving ware, pots and pans, bakeware, and a pantry, to make long term living and entertaining easy.

For stays of at least One Month, the Locked Owner Closet has a Washer/Dryer within the unit, that can be made available.

Built-in closets systems in Bedroom, Dressing Area, Entry, Pantry and Owner Closet.

Large wall mounted HDTV flat screens, Home Theatre Systems, DVD/CD and I pod docks, in the living room and bedroom.

The outstandingly comfortable Cal King bed has a top-of-the-line mattress [as used at The Ritz]. A very comfortable Stow Away bed, found at the finest hotels [standard, single], can be arranged and set-up in the living area for an additional charge, if three guests.

The bedroom has a desk, if you must work, upgraded secure WIFI throughout the condo, with personal password for this unit only.

All the lanai balconies were renovated in 2012, with new tile, railings, and flower filled planters, and the entire Whaler property was painted.

Beginning April 1, 2015, The Whaler resort fee is $15/night, and no additional parking charge.

About Marianne Moloney

Our home is in Rancho Mirage, Southern California; however, Maui is our treasured 'home-away-from home'. We are here for several weeks at a time, throughout the year, to keep the condos in A+ condition. Studio #814 was purchased in 2005, and 1 bedroom #720 in 2008. Marianne, an Interior Decorator, and I, constantly update and maintain the condos to make sure everything is perfect for our family, friends and especially our guests.

Our condo/hotel is convenient for everything: restuarants, takeout, snorkeling at Black Rock, tennis, golf across the way, as well as world class shopping at Whaler's Village next door, and a mini market, all at your doorstep. The ocean, Black Rock and Molokai island views and Maui rainbows are mesmerizing and amazing.

What makes this condo unique

Suite #720 is luxurious, and of the highest quality, totally upgraded & Designer remodeled to today's Island style and Deluxe standards for a 5 Star resort. The kitchen is particularly outfitted for a gourmet cook, and the large pantry is perfect for long stays. All of the closets have build outs. We especially enjoy the ocean view on the lanai at breakfast, reading a book on the lanai in the afternoon - possible as the sun is not in your face and evening cocktails or dining, while watching the nightly torch lighting at Black Rock; watch the whales in the Winter. Our Washer Dryer, in the locked owner closet, will be made available for multi month rentals.

Paradise Revisited

Luxurious and beautiful, this most comfortable fully renovated one bedroom condo has everything top-of-the-line. Numerous great amenities, plus ocean, island and Black Rock views. Great location, close to all Ka'anapali has to offer. Can't wait to return!

whaler Condos

The condo itself was appealing to the eye, the decor was pretty. The couch was super uncomfortable, the TV was hard to work and kept acting up. The shower kept backing up and the air in the living room didnt get very cool. The kitchen was great had everything we needed, the bed was comfortable, the view was good.

They were doing construction which was loud and annoying and couldnt sit out on the lanai because of this. had we had known this we wouldnt have booked this condo. Over all condo was good but dissappointing in the areas mentioned.

I would suggest adding a few beach towels for the guests and a "welcome" basket to greet the renters, that would be a very nice added touch

Owner's Response: Why didn't the guest contact the Front Desk, or the owner? And…they departed without EVEN LEAVING A NOTE??? Whaler maintenance would have taken care of the slow shower drain. After arriving the night this guest departed, and noticing it was slow to drain, it was immediately attended to. Guests needing help with the TimeWarner HD Cable remote can contact Front Desk or Time Warner. There is no building construction; however, The Whaler is working on the parking lot resurfacing at the Ka'anapali Pkwy entrance. The Whaler provides fresh daily extra large pool/beach towels at the Pool Kiosk, at no charge.

Pictures are a nice indication, but one step into this unit made me, and more importantly my wife, feel like we were officially on vacation. Fully stocked kitchen with top end appliances/utensils, fully stocked luxury bath towels/paper essentials, "the" most comfortable bed and linens, enough closet, dresser and bath storage for a month, double length balcony "lanai" with lounge chairs/tables. Top it off with great TVs, great WIFI, books/games/snorkel gear/boogie boards/beach chairs/umbrella/coolers and this is better than being at home.

Perfect location right in the middle of a beautiful beach, with pool/hot tub/cabana chairs, etc. for relaxation. Snorkeling/swimming/boarding is great. 5 minute walk in either direction on the paved beachfront walking/running trail gets you multiple beachfront bar/restaurant/shopping options. 5 minute drive to grocery/drugstores/mall/restaurants and you are set for anything. We are adventurous and travelled the entire island all week driving/hiking/boarding/golfing/exploring. This is the PERFECT home base for an active or relaxing week.

SAVE THE BEST FOR LAST. Marianne is a first class hostess. She replied to our booking request quickly and made reserving a breeze. I had to text her with questions twice and she responded immediately. She even called on our last day and helped us make arrangements to stay on property with privileges for a few extra hours, as our flights were delayed.

Bottom line...the unit, location and amenities are great...The service is outstanding.

We travel a good bit. This was our first time in Maui and we are sure to be back right here, if available!

Beautiful condo!

We were really impressed with how nice the condo was. The Tommy Bahama decor was beautiful! Enjoyed the view from our lanai. We loved the location of The Whaler resort on Kaanapali beach. Would stay there again!!

As comfortable as home!

This condo was as comfortable as my own home! It was very clean, and all the furnishings including the bed were great! The kitchen had everything! The seventh floor view of the ocean and Black Rock were amazing! Being next door to Whaler's Village was very convenient, and Ka'anapali Beach is wonderful. We literally had everything we needed provided besides food and our clothes and toiletries.
