This wonderful oceanfront is home tucked away in a quiet cul-de-sac in Sanderling. Both floors have decks with views of both ocean and sound, and 2nd floor deck also has a fully screened area. Three bedrooms have doors opening on to a porch or deck. Designed for maximum convenience and comfort.

Top Level: Features a well-equipped kitchen and dining area w/seating for 10 at the table and 4 at the breakfast bar. Living area w/TV, VCR, satellite, and portable radio. A room w/ 2 Singles and a half bath. Decks and a screened porch provide breathtaking ocean views.

Mid Level: Has a King Room w/TV/VCR and satellite system. Another King bedroom sharing a full bath with a room w/2 Bunk Sets. A full bath, and laundry off the hallway.

Ground level: Elevator that extends from the ground level to the top level.
