A wonderful lakeside vacation condominium, tastefully decorated for a sophisticated, yet casual relaxed atmosphere. The condo has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a family room/dining room, and kitchen. Its location is ideal for couples or families with plenty of activities available on the property ... swimming pool, tennis court, and a great spot for fishing right outside the door. The condo is fully stocked with just about everything you will need for a little extra fun and relaxation including tennis raquets, fishing pole, many board/card games, and several dvd & vcr movies. It is located right on the water's edge with a private patio just steps from the lake with comfy patio furniture with 4 cushion chairs. It also has a covered 24' x 10' boat slip just a few feet from the door at no additional cost. If you decide to bring your own boat, we can also assist with getting you set up with off-site boat trailer parking at a reasonable rate (trailers are not allowed on the parking lot overnight).

Conveniently located in the popular '7South area' of Hot Springs within minutes of restaurants, shopping, boat & seadoo rentals, and much more. The popular Hamilton House Restaurant is just a short stroll down the street from this condo (you'll be able to see it while sitting on the patio and looking across the lake cove).

We purchased this condo for vacation rentals, as it has the perfect location and has all the amenities that most guests want ... pool, tennis court, boat slip, and a great view. The condo also has a really private setting, as it is a end unit on the lower level, so you can walk right out to the lake from the side door or one of the patio doors.

We spent a long weekend in Hot Springs with another couple just to visit and relax. This condo was an excellent value for us. We were able to stay together in a nice condo for less than we would have spent on two hotel rooms and we had plenty of room. The condo was very clean and well decorated. Paulia was very helpful and worked with us to make it a very enjoyable weekend. We would recommend Fisherman's Wharf which is very close to the condo for fish/seafood, La Hacienda on Central for Mexican and Central Park Fusion Cuisine downtown for fine dining.
Recommended for:  Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

Great Value, Excellent Location

The condo was exactly as advertised. Located just a few feet from lake Hamilton with all the amenities needed for a wonderful stay. The unit was clean and comfortable with satellite TV for the down time, and wireless internet for planning our daily excursions around Hot Springs. The September special was an unbelievable value, and hopefully next time we'll drag down the boat to take advantage of the free boat slip. The owners were extremely responsive and great to work with. We will be back.

We loved staying at your condo. It felt like home away from home! Very cozy, relaxing, clean, and peaceful. Enjoyed sitting on the covered porch while watching my husband fish just steps away. We also liked how convenient the condo was to the pool. The location was great!!! So close to all the restaurants, shopping, etc. The stay included my husband and I, our 10 month old, and my mother who meet us from there from Texas. Your condo accomodated us all very nicely. We will be back!!!
