7 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, 14 people MAXIMUM.

Only 3 miles to WDW, 1 exceptionally well furnished, interior designed 2story villa to rent with: seven bedrooms, four & a half bathrooms, game room, living room, family room, dining room, kitchen with extended breakfast bar, two master king-size en suite bedrooms, two queen-size bedrooms, & three twin-size bedrooms.

The south-facing pool has been extended to 14 feet by 32 feet, there is also an extended covered lanai area to shade from the sun, as well as an pool deck which has also been extended to 21 feet by 40 feet. The heated spa can hold up to six persons.

All bedrooms have cable TV/DVD or TV/video & clock radios. Family room has 65 inch wide-screen cable TV, video, & DVD. Game room has a TV & PlayStation 2 with latest games as well as eight foot pool table & ping pong table. A selection of books & DVDs are also provided for your enjoyment. There is also a hi-fi in the living room. Lots of Baby equipment is also supplied ask for details. Now with Wireless Broadband Internet.

Our villa is in a gated development 3 miles from Animal Kingdom. It is in a secure and safe environment for all ages.

Superb Holiday Home

Ten of us including two children and a toddler spent a wonderful break over New Year at this gorgeous house. It's well equipped with everything we could need for all age groups and has lots of space. The house was immaculate on our arrival and beautifully furnished throughout. We really enjoyed the pool and glad that we'd decided to have it heated as we used it almost every day.
Emerald Island Resort is a great location with easy access to the parks and amenities and is a well run and very safe area. It;s worth noting that when traffic builds up getting in and out of the Disney Parks it jams up the highway that you need to travel along to get to Emerald Island, so avoid the busy times if you can.
The only thing I would add is that we were a bit daunted when we saw the list of rules and regulations arrive prior to our departure, but once we arrived it was rally just common sense and respect for the property, so i'm happy to report that we received our deposit back in full.
I would definitely recommend this property to anyone visiting the Orlando area.
Owner's Response: Hi Lorraine thank you for your comments I am glad you enjoyed your stay.

The way to avoid traffic on the 192 is to use the alternative route I supply to get to Disney Parks which takes 7 mins to get from the villa to Animal Kingdom. The 192 is a busy route during peak times and I am glad that the traffic didn't put you off exploring what the area has to offer.

I don't keep security deposits normally they are only there to protect both parties and I am pleased to say most of our previous guests respect our villa as they would their own home so there are not many times where I have had to hold back any amount. To date I have never held back the whole deposit and hope I never have too.

Lorraine your family is welcome back any time thank you for your custom. Hope to see you again in the future.

Excellent Villa

Having just returned from a two week holiday at this villa, I can't wait to return The villa was well situated, it was great to be able to walk to the clubhouse and use all the facilities there. It was very well equiped and provided everything needed for a relaxing stress free holiday.

Something for everyone

We were a group of eight golfers on our annual March (08)treck for some early rounds. We have stayed in a lot of different homes in Orlando before and this one rates up there with the best of them. In the past we had truoble with heated pools and hot tubs but this was awesome. The water was perfect. The accomodations were excellent and the whole rental procedure was the easiest I ever had. Bernie is an excellent hostess and the property is absolutely perfect for any group vacationing in the Orlando-Kissimmee area. I highly recommend it for golfers, large familys or anyone wanting lot's of extra room and top notch amenities. 5Star!!!
