Come and experience the magic of Puerto Vallarta in our 13th floor, oceanfront condo, located just across the street from the Yacht Harbor with 50+ restaurants and shops, charter a fishing boat, shop, try tequila tasting or just people watch from one of the several gourmet cafes on the Marina Boardwalk. Just 5 pesos (fifty cents)gets you a bus ride to El Centro, Historical Downtown, for a walk on the Malecon, and a visit with the locals on the beach or at a street fair...art walks, designer home tours, horseback riding, visits to nearby towns, fishing, day trips, jungle tours and everything in between, available to you through our personal Concierge.

There are 5 towers at Shangrila, ours is directly on the beach...UNOBSTRUCTED VIEWS HIGHEST RENTAL IN TOWER ONE

We guarantee you will feel like royalty when we are through with you....we are here to serve you and hope you go away loving PV the way we do. This is our private home and not a full time rental. We like having the same people return to a home not a rental unit. Wireless internet, cable TV and views forever.

About The Owner

From Northern Calif. We are in the real estate business selling high end homes around the world. I am a CIPS (Certified International Property Specialist). My husband is in the commercial construction business involved in projects through out the USA. We love our large condo. It is the best place to live in Mexico and we are located on the 13th floor in the first building with no other buildings in front of us. This location is very special to us and we love sharing it with others that can appreciate the finer things in life.

Why The Owner chose Puerto Vallarta

Shangrila in BUILDING ONE on the beach is by far the best place you can be at in Puerto Vallarta. We were the 2nd people to buy here, before the construction was started so we had our choice of units. We chose this unit because it was the highest up in the first building. Our view is unobstructed and all the other buildings are behind us. When you look out the windows all you see is the ocean, complete view of Bay of Banderas, downtown, the cruise ships coming in and the fishing fleet going out in the morning.

What makes this condo unique

See the dolphins and fish in the morning from your balcony. During whale season just sit for hours and watch them come out of the water right in front of you. Have a great cup of custom brewed coffee right from the built-in espresso machine in your own kitchen. Enjoy being picked up at the airport and having your own booking agents for tours at your finger tips. You will always have someone nearby in case you need help or info. We are very selective in who we rent to so you always have an extremely clean place that was custom designed for the owners. You can stay in other condo's but none have a view like this one and no one takes care of you like we do.

absolutely terrific special place

We are from Monte Carlo, and are sailing around the world when we stopped in Puerto Vallarta for a few days. We just happened to hear about you condo and decided to stay 2 weeks when we fell in love with the view and privacy it afforded us. The fireworks shows are spectacular from the 13 th floor they blow up at eye level. You can tell this place is not a typical rental as soon as you walk in. The place is huge and roomy. We seen Whales from the balcony, dolphins, etc.
We plan on flying our jet here next time and spend even more time

This condo and its setting, with incredible ocean views is so magical I felt as if I were in a movie. Real life couldn't be this luxurious - but for a week in Puerto Vallarta it was.
I can't wait to come back.

The master bedroom suite is sinfully luxurious. The other bedrooms are beautifully appointed as well. Views of the bay from kitchen, dining room, living room, master bedroom/bathroom and bedroom #2 are mesmerizing. The elevator gives complete privacy and safety. We highly recommend this condo for your super vacation enjoyment.

Hi, welcome to my paradise, please enjoy your stay and don't forget to share with us all of the hideaways, favorite restaurants and tours you stumbled upon....let's start with one of my favorite "well kept secrets" El Brujo restaurant, downtown El Centro, take the tunnel bus and let the driver know you are going to "Brujo" he will tell you where to get off, just 5 pesos (50 cents)gets you there and the stuffed fish,Salsa de Diablo and fajitas are the best in town!
