Wow! If you've been looking for an affordable (and quiet) vacation home in central Florida, this is the place. Situated in the woods on 1.5 acres, our rental is drivable to all central Florida attractions, while being only 1/2 mile from the trails of Withlachooee (Croom) State Forest.

Deer are spotted on a regular basis on property, while turkey and hawks are common, too. The lot is 1.5 acres big, with wooded neighbors on all sides. Very secluded and private.

Even though we're woodsy, quiet and cozy, we're modern and we have all the creature comforts you could ask for (almost).

We offer you satellite TV with DVR's in two bedrooms. All rooms have separate TV receivers and remotes. There are DVD players in the living room and master bedroom.

We have a Dell desktop computer with monitor and mouse and printer.

The full kitchen has everything you need: including electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, ice-making refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker, and plenty of pots, pans plates and silverware, etc.

The carpet and house are cleaned on a regular basis. We know you've come to expect quality furnishings, so we didn't skrimp on details. Full AC throughout, plus an overhead fan in each room.

As owners who live in the area, we'll be glad to help with any planning or special interests.

Just grill your favorite food on the sun deck... and relax.

The deer sometimes come out at dusk...

We enjoyed our 2 month stay here.It was in a great location.Close to hiking trails,cycle path,and city of Brooksville.Very quite rural area.Large house and well furnished.Nice treed property.
Recommended for:  Sightseeing, Romantic Getaway

Relaxing home

My Husband and I had a job working in Brooksville that was spur of the moment and we were tired of staying in hotels. With incredibly short notice (and luck having the house available) we were accommodated immediately and were checked into the home the next day for a two month stay. The house was very private, very quiet and very relaxing. It really was a treat every morning and every evening to have a herd of 5 to 14 deer in the yard daily. There is no better way to relax than watching wildlife from the back porch. You won't regret a stay in this home.
