Our family reunion was held in this beach house for 4 years running and it was awesome. Tons of outdoor visiting space; wonderful gazebos where my 70+ parents could be in out of the sun, reading and visiting with all their grandchildren as they came back and forth from the beach to the house. The added bonus: the land behind this property is not developed, so the beach is not crowded at all. We would still be at this property except that a change in realtors and hold policies bumped us out and the property is in high demand.
