Originally, Estepona’s income was from fishing, however, it has now branched out into tourism and provides a multitude of sandy beaches, bars, restaurants, shops and yet still maintains it’s original Spanish feel. The sea front provides miles of glorious beaches whilst the town is beautifully maintained with tree lined streets, spectacular plants, many parks and open spaces and water fountains on almost every corner! Just a few minutes drive from Estepona you will find yourself within the naturally beautiful countryside of Andalusia. Imagine olive groves, vineyards and you have captured some of the surrounding villages ….. Manilva, with its grapevines as far as the eye can see; or Casares with its olive groves. Head up into the Sierra Bermeja Mountains and see cork-trees that actually line the roads. Altogether it is an ideal base for a memorable family holiday.

This two bedroom apartment is furnished to a very high standard and provides all the mod cons for comfortable living! The apartment is located on the second floor of the ever popular Puerto Paraiso apartments and overlooks Estepona Port, with the sea beyond and one of the two swimming pools just below. There is air conditioning in all the rooms plus TV with a selection of British channels 1,2,3,4 and 5, a video recorder and a hi-fi system. Both bedrooms are en-suite. The whole apartment is far more spacious in comparison to many of the newer apartments that are currently available. The apartment is perfectly located for those visiting Estepona who do not wish to drive as there is a selection of Bars, Restaurants, beaches, supermarkets and shops on the doorstep. This is a very good quality apartment, which is always popular.

Our Second Stay at this Apartment

We have just had our second stay in this apartment and again we were not disappointed. It was clean, tidy, well equipped with plenty of clean towels and bed linen. David and Martin were helpful as always. This year we also had the benefit of the refurbished second en-suite bathroom which was very nice and as we came with friends we found the two en-suites very handy, offering more privacy for two couples.

A car is not necessary, all the amenities of the port being virtually just round the corner with a good selection of bars and resturants. The Super Sol supermarket is just across the road too.

One suggestion to the owner would be to provide sunloungers for use around the pool.

First class apartment, we will be back in May 2010!

O n our arrival we were met late in the evening as our flight was delayed, but everything went very smoothly. The apartment was spotless and the welcome package was, well very welcome at that time of the evening!!! The surrounding area was great with bars restaurants and shops all on the doorstep, this was just what we wanted as I did not want to drive in the evenings. The trip up to Ronda is not to be missed and also a boat trip to Gibraltar I thoroughly recommend. All in all we had a great time and will be back again, we also have recommended this apartment to several of our friends.

  • A late arrival charge of 30 Euros is charged for arrivals as of 9pm or 50 Euros for arrivals as of midnight and will be deducted from your security deposit if not paid in cash upon arrival. We have a safe at our office in the port of Estepona if you prefer to pick up the keys from here at no charge. All payments however will need to be made in advance. ALL our properties with AC have a limit on the electricity bill which is included per week. If this limit is exceeded, the amount will be deducted from your security deposit.

    Where English TV is advertised, we are unable to guarantee this for all of the year 2014 , however, we will do our best to find an alternative solution when the satellites are withdrawn.
