Why Rustington?:
Location, location!
Rustington is ideally situated between the rolling South Downs and the sea; perfect for hundreds of excursions.
Unlike many other villages, it has maintained a thriving collection of local shops just a few hundred yards from Elm Farm itself.
It's also the sunniest part of Britain with on average 1750 hours of sunshine per year .
