Villa 8A has a Superior Ocean View that looks directly down the King’s golf course signature hole to the blue ocean and year around sunsets. Villa 8A is the beautiful place you want to vacation with the finest Ocean view and pampering Resort Amenities.

The Halii Kai is a beautiful drive through the Waikoloa Beach Resort just past the Hilton Waikoloa. The private Ocean Club within is perched on the edge of the ocean with views of the Kohala coast and Maui. Whales frequently spout, breach and play along the coast on their way to Maui to give birth to their young. Within the Ocean Club you will be pampered, revitalized, and able to relax. Pampered with poolside bar and food service. Revitalized in the Exercise Cabana that overlooks the coastline. Relax in the poolside recliners with friends and family.

About The Owner

Duke and Teri are the proud owners of villa 8A at the Halii Kai. They both love the outdoors, exercising and bike riding. Traveling is also high on the priority list. A favorite trip was to Antarctica. Duke is a consultant for custom homes after over 25 years as a general contractor and Teri manages properties and is a photographer.

The first time we visited the Halii Kai, we fell in love with the Ocean Club. From the moment we walked through the gate we both knew this was a place we would want to spend years at. The setting, atmosphere and people are all wonderful and easy to enjoy.

We really enjoyed our stay at your condo in Hali Kai.
Thank you so much for letting us share your beautiful home.
It was amazing..everything we needed and more...such a luxury accomodation...the nicest we have stayed at!
The view was great and the whales really performed for us the whole time (2 weeks). We ate breakfast on the Lanai
and enjoyed them every day.

We toured the whole Island and had a wonderful holiday. The beaches are amazing and I have the tan to prove it!
Everyone is asking where we stayed and we will certainly reccommend your place to all our friends and family.
We hope we will be able to stay again sometime soon.

We just returned from a week's stay in 8A and are already looking forward to returning. The place was perfect for our family, we had everything we needed and everything was as described. We loved the pool, the view from the lanai and all the beautiful sunsets we experienced from both! The owners were very helpful and responsive to our questions/ We highly recommend this property.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

WE LOVE YOUR CONDO!
Thank you for keeping it so well maintained. We golfed 5 times (3 times at the Beach course and enjoyable hole on the Beach courses 6th hole. Also golfed 3 times at the Mauna Kea. You have a wonderful home and we were all very comfortable here. Thanks for everything.
