A very comfortable quality 3 bed room Villa Apartment in Vence next to St Paul, with a magnificent view over Antibes & the sea (140 sqm) on 2 levels consisting of: entrance, kitchen, large living room & TV room with bay windows and access to large south terrace (50 sqm), one bed room with en suite bath room on the entrance level. 2 more bedrooms (bay window) with shared bath room and excite to private terrace on the lower level. Parking for 1 car available. The villa apartment is situated in a Small high quality private secure compound (only 9 units), with shared pool only 10 minutes walk from the old town of Vence, and 15 minutes (12 km) by car from Nice international Airport. Vence is a very nice historical village situated in the gold triangle of the Cote D'Azur, with lots of restaurants & cafes, culture & art centres.

Saint Paul du Vence is next door only 5 min by Car. During the winter (Dec - March) skiing is available 45 min by Car.

  • In addition to the weekly rental rates there is a charge of Euro 170/rental for the final cleaning as well as a security deposit of Euro 300 payable on arrival to the person who will meet you and introduce you to the facilities. The security deposit will be returned to you at departure provided no damage has been done to the apartment or its content.
    Electricity & heating: During the period Oct 15 to April 30 there is a weekly charge of Euro 125 for the consumption of electricity & heating.
    Wood for the open fire place is not included in the rate. monthly rental rates are available during the period middle October to end marsh each year. Kindly ask the owner.
  • Small well behaving dogs are considered. Children are considered subject to age and the owners pre approval.
