Enjoy a Cozy/Clean 1,400 square foot 1st floor Condo. Condo is conveniently located directly across the street from the club house and 50 feet from the Frazier River and walking paths. Ski shuttle pick up to Winter Park Ski Area is in front of the club house. Which is just outside the front door. Restaurants, night life and shopping are within walking distance of Condo.

Excellent rental!

This was a very clean condo with great space in a great location. On the main floor (climbing stairs after a good day of skiing is pretty slow going), right across the road from the pickup location, not to mention the hot tubs and pool. We had a blast staying here.
Recommended for:  Adventure Seekers, Tourists without a Car, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

I visited Winter Park for Spring Break with my wife and two sons. The condo was very large and comfortable. It is also in a very nice location easy to get everywhere. I will love to stay here again.
Recommended for:  Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children
