Contemporary style in this less than five year old, three bedroom/two bath condominium with balcony. Well maintained, quality construction and prime location make this a wonderful unit. A firm promise from the owner: 'This property will not disappoint!'

The unit is 'turnkey' - just bring your toothbrush. Tasteful furnishings throughout - full complement of dishes, glassware, pots, pans, towels and sheets.

Pristine beach is a two minute drive by car or 3/4 mile walk. Access is through a public park with snack bar and amenities. Trendy restaurants and night life are minutes away in Delray Beach, West Palm Beach or Palm Beach.

Two restaurants on site - Two George's and the Banana Boat - both sit directly on the water. 15 minute drive from Palm Beach International Airport or to medical facilities at Bethesda Memorial Hospital.

My husband and I spent a month in July 2009 and a month in Aug 2010 in this apt. We loved it. The decor is absolutely beautiful with color coordinated furnishings and state of the art entertainment center furnishings, and kitchen appliances. Pat leaves nothing out. Everything is supplied from dishes, wine glasses, paper goods towels, beach chairs, shopping cart, and the list never ends. As an elegant touch, Pat always welcomes you with a bottle of wine and either, cheese, chocolates or other surprises. This lovely apt is fully stocked with everything one would need and never expect from a rental. Close to 95 and the Beaches. Great location, views and easy access to all attractions ..15 minutes from Palm Beach airport ....
Classy all the way. Highly recommended.

This property was exactly as portrayed in vrbo. This is a secure building with gated parking. Owner was quick to respond, fulfilled every request, equipped the condo fully and furnishings were of excellent, comfortable quality. The condo was very clean and perfectly maintained. I would recommend the condo to a friend or family member. The beach is a walkable 10 minutes away or 3 minute drive with a parking lot adjoining it. The condo owner supplies a binder with recommendations for activities and restaurants.
