This is a superb apartment in the El Alarife complex in Calahonda. The spacious accommodation comprises one twin / double bedroom with ensuite bathroom, one twin / double bedroom, separate shower room and WC, fully equipped kitchen, spacious lounge/dining area which leads on to a large balcony overlooking magnificent views as far as Gibraltar and Morocco on a clear day. It is conveniently situated for Marbella, Fuengirola, Puerto Banus, and Malaga airport. The beach is a few minutes drive as are local shops and many restaurants but within walking distance of the apartment there is a small complex with several bars and restaurants and a small supermarket.

Notes: The apartment is situated in a peaceful area of Calahonda and is ideally located for a family holiday. It is immaculately maintained and we ask our guests to treat it as their own. Please restrict smoking to outside. The whole apartment is fully air conditioned / heated.The spacious balcony provides access to a large roof terrace. Both have south facing sea views and enjoy uninterrupted sun all day. They are fully furnished with patio table, chairs, umbrellas,and four sun loungers. The complex has two large pools and is adjacent to a children's play park. Beach towels are not provided.

Local amenities: There are several excellent shops, bars and restaurants within a five minute walk of the apartment but, for those who want to travel further afield, a short car or bus journey will take you to the bustling town of Fuengirola, glitzy Marbella or the quaint village of Mijas. Of particular interest might be the beautiful port and beach at Cabopino, only a five minute drive away (or three stops on the local bus). Calahonda also boasts a 'road-train’, which links the main shopping centres of the town with the local beach. For clients who decide not hire a car for the duration of your holiday, we can offer a pick-up service from Malaga Airport - prices on request.

Golf information: The apartment is close to the many golf clubs in the Costa Mijas region and is therefore the perfect base for a golfing holiday.
