Topsail Time is located in The Village of Stump Sound, an exclusive island community located in North Topsail Beach. The quiet, family friendly community features a private member-only clubhouse, pool and tennis court for our guests to use. Enjoy ocean views from kitchen, family room, and all of the bedrooms. The small fenced yard is gated with access to a direct walkway to the beach. Off-street parking for up to 5 cars with covered parking for two cars.
First Level: The covered entry porch has an inviting wicker rocker and pretty views of the sound. Enter a tiled foyer, to a bright and welcoming space. This level offers a hall closet with full sized washer and dryer; two bathrooms; and three spacious bedrooms, each with access to a screened, ocean front deck.
The first bedroom is a classic cottage styled room, complete with white, four-poster bed. Flanked by two cherry end tables and offset with an antique dresser. The guest here will enjoy an alarm clock, cable TV and DVD player as well as private access to the bathroom. The second bedroom has a Queen sleigh bed and oversized dresser. An antique, marble top dresser holds a cable, flat screen TV. The third bedroom is a garden-like retreat with private access to a bath with a trundle bed, A pair of night tables and small dresser complement the white, wicker entertainment center with a large cable TV. The ceiling fan and access to the ocean front deck make this room a comfortable retreat.
The screened, oceanfront deck offers amazing views of the ocean, a cushioned porch swing and plenty of places to sit back and unwind. Relax in one of the wicker chairs.
Second Level: The stairs leading to the Second Level are well lit with two nicely detailed windows. A sturdy handrail eases your ascent into the great room of this home. The living room is furnished with a new, soft sea foam green sofa sleeper; matching love seat, and a leather recliner. There is a flat screen TV with cable. A surround sound system, VCR, DVD player, and stereo system are in a cabinet for your entertainment. A sliding glass door invites you to a beautiful sun deck. New, comfortable deck furniture plus table and chairs were recently added to this sun deck that offers amazing views of the ocean.
The spacious kitchen has all the necessities and many extras. A breakfast bar that seats three doubles as extra storage and prep area. A butcher-block island sits under a hanging rack of cookware. The side-by-side refrigerator has an in-door water and ice dispenser. There is a smooth surface range, microwave and the dishwasher. Fully stocked with an amazing assortment of gourmet tools, gadgets and essentials.
The dining area has a gorgeous new table with enough space to seat 8.
There is a separate living and entertainment area -- great for the kids or use it as a private retreat just for you. With a wicker trundle bed, library of books, several board games and toys; There is a TV, DVD player, tons of CDs, and a natural light show at sunset that will dazzle everyone of any age.
Additionally, there is a quaint bedroom with private access to the ocean side sun deck. The white furnishings complete a cottage look and the TV/VCR provides entertainment.
