The Arrabella was built in 2007 and is professionally decorated in charming “beach chic” decor. This Charleston Style home boasts a gourmet kitchen equipped with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, a dining area, a spacious living room with a queen sleeper sofa and queen bedroom and full bathroom. The second floor has a king master suite that opens up to a balcony with beautiful gulf views, and comes complete with its own spa like bath. There are also two adorable bunk rooms connected by a Jack & Jill bath. Each bunk room has a twin over full bed with a pull out trundle, accommodating up to 4 children per room. The third floor offers another family /living room and sleeper sofa with a mounted flat screen TV and a mini bar area.. There is also a full bedroom with private full bathroom. French doors open up to a third floor balcony offering more gulf views. Also equipped with washer/dryer, wi/fi, gas grill and flat screens TV's throughout.

There is a bike rental place right across the street, and you will love that you can walk to Tom Thumb, Goat Feathers, The Spa, Angelina’s Pizza, and yes, even Cafe 30A (rated best on the 30A strip).
