Spacious 3-bedroom gulf front condo:
Our 3-bedroom condo has 1,450 sq ft of living space and looks directly out at the gulf and pools (south view). This condo is uniquely decorated, and looks like something you'd see on a Caribbean island. The colors used are mellow shades of green, orange, and yellows, and much of the furniture is brown wicker. It has a fully-equipped kitchen, dining room, living room (one of the sofas makes into a queen-size bed), 2 full bathrooms, washer/dryer, a balcony/patio accessible from both the master bedroom and living room. Every room is tastefully decorated. Two of the bedrooms have king beds, and the third bedroom has two queen beds. Each bedroom is equipped with a TV, DVD, and a ceiling fan. The living room and deck furniture were recently replaced. It has lovely deck furniture so you can relax after a wonderful day at the beach and enjoy watching the sunset.
The Regency Towers:
The Regency Towers Condominium has 24-hour security, 2 full-size swimming pools (one heated), a children's pool, 2 hot tubs, lighted tennis courts, shuffleboard court, sun deck, and exercise facilities. This condominium has the LOCATION everyone wants as it has 540 feet of private beach so you can walk barefoot on the beach, go for a swim, or rent a chair with umbrella and spend the day at the beach. Or stay by the pools where ample chairs are available, eat at the snack shop by the pool, or stroll over to restaurants located directly on the beach. Parking is free, and RV and boat parking is also available.
Panama City Beach:
Regardless of age, there are lots of activities available directly in front of the condominium, such as beach volleyball, para sailing, jet skiing, or banana boat rides. Within a mile you can play golf, mini-golf, ride go-carts, or try out the bungee. Other activities in the area include fishing, greyhound dog races, amusement parks, and great shopping. So many wonderful eating places located directly on the beach, and great early-bird special abound.
Panama City Beach was ranked #1 as a Spring Break destination and #3 as a Golfing Community. It's a wonderful vacation destination as it has the most beautiful sugar-white sandy beaches in the world, and the gentle Gulf of Mexico waves make beach bathing great fun.
Golf:
Many golf courses located in Panama City beach. Drive west 2.5 miles to the Panama City Beach Golf course (reasonable rates) or drive east 2.5 miles to the elegant Marriott Resort Golf course, and drive 5-10 miles to other great golf courses.
