Beautiful Jupiter location that offers charm with a much desired beach lifestyle. Enjoy the outdoors in the private tropical courtyard with table, chairs and lounges. Balcony has view of pool and sunsets. The unique loft design creates a sense of airy openness throughout the unit. First floor has full bath and bedroom with twin beds. Master loft has queen bed with private full bath with washer/dryer. A 40 inch HDTV, wireless high speed internet, tennis courts and 2 pools are on the premises. Short 7 minutes walk to beach.

Glorious month of April for only $3,200: Fantastic area for walking, plus with the new Jupiter Riverwalk, right outside the door, that will take you on a 2.5 mile waterfront and scenic shoreline views. Several golf courses in the area. Roger Dean Stadium nearby for the baseball fans. Many beautiful beaches to explore such as Carlin, Coral Cove, Dubois, Juno Beach and Jupiter Beach. Great shopping just minutes away on PGA Boulevard that consists of The Gardens, Downtown at the Gardens, and Legacy Place. Jupiter Live Theater (formally Burt Reynolds). Dozens of Fine Restaurants.

Glorious month of April and weather is the best and less crowded. You will not regret waiting out the cold winter up north for this month as it's guaranteed to warm you up and you'll feel totally rejuvenated.

OUTSTANDING RENTAL

I've rented in various South Florida locations each January for several years [since retirement] and this is the nicest place and best value by far. A unique and relaxing layout with large private courtyard complete with large tropical plantings for an "island environment;" very clean and well appointed; fully stocked even down to coffee filters and spare light bulbs. Quiet surroundings yet very convenient to shopping, restaurants, beach etc. Many local, reasonably priced golf courses to choose from [I played 3-4 times a week]. Owner is a class act all the way. Can't go wrong with this rental.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Romantic Getaway

A Great Florida Site

One of the cleanest places we have rented. The owner is easy to work with . Would highly recommend this property to any one. (but would like to keep it to our enjoyment)
