Beautiful home located on the private side of Wingaersheek Beach, which is well known as one of the most beautiful Beaches on the North Shore. With 1 1/2 miles of pure white sand and the most gorgeous sunsets, it is the perfect place to go for a walk with your family, friends and great for children. This house has 3 levels, there are 5 1/2 bedrooms, 3 full modern bathrooms (one per level), living room, dining room, modern kitchen open to the dining room. There are 2 large decks, ocean front & rear, new mahogany decking. A screened in porch, with sliding windows, stone floor and bamboo ceiling, perfect spot to enjoy the summer nights. A laundry room and outdoor shower with hot & cold water, 2 car garage plus plenty of parking spaces. This lovely home is just 80 FEET from the beach with beautiful water views from Cranes Beach to the Annisquam River.

The city of Gloucester has many interesting and diverse shops and acclaimed restaurants. Many areas to walk by the Ocean, the wood, hills and quarry's around Gloucester. Rockport, as a desired tourist attraction is only 15 minutes away. There are also numerous super grocery stores as well as specialized food shops in the area.

Home fully equiped: This home is fully furnished with necessary kitchen equipment from toaster oven to lobster pot. Bedroom & bathroom linens, towels, blankets and pillows are provided for every bedroom. Two flat screen digital TV's, CD, DVD player and radio. Outdoor and indoor electric grill. Deck furniture with umbrella for those sunny days. We have everything that you may need for a wonderful vacation at the Beach. During the summer, all you need is your own swimming suits!
