Photos and Description of the Santa Rosa Beach vacation house rental 4 bedrooms, 4.5 bath, sleeps 10-12 people max

New, luxury, custom home, beautifully decorated with four bedrooms each having their own private bath. Top-of-the-line appliances. Very open floor plan to make entertaining second nature. Downstairs: master with custom king headboard. A double headed shower with extensive tile work in the master bath. Second and third bedrooms have custom queen headboards and private double vanity baths. Fourth bedroom has two full extra long bunks, XBox, and private bath. All bedrooms have a TV. Screened-in sleeping porch is also located on the first floor along side a bubbling fountain. Upstairs: Very large family room with fireplace, kitchen, pantry, and powder room. Oversized dining room accommodating a ten foot long custom farm table easily seats 12 people. Additional entertaining may take place on the covered porch with another dining table and seating area. A screened-in porch with an outside fireplace is is also available. Walk out the back door to Seaside, the beach, Boathouse Restaurant, etc.
