Situated in a spectacular setting, this detached house is in hinterland of Nice at an altitude of 450 m. It is not far from the beautiful medieval villages of Levens, Gattières and Le Broc. The scenery here is breathtaking, with a nice wide terrace to relax by the pool. There is a table tennis, a barbecue and all the necessary garden furniture for outdoor meals. The interior is spacious, comfortable and well-equipped.

Notes: there is a large living room with comfortable armchairs, a fireplace, a TV set, a tape-player and even a piano. This room has exposed beams and wide 'Franche' windows leading to the garden. A few steps lead up from the sitting room to the dining room. Both rooms are furnished with good quality furniture. There is an attractive kitchen which also has a dining area. It is well equipped an has a 4 rings mixed hob, an electric oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a large American style fridge/freezer and a kettle. There is also a washing machine in its dedicated wash-house. On the ground floor, there are two bedrooms, one with a bath, shower room and toilet, and the other with a shower room and toilet; Upstairs, 2 other bedrooms with 1 bathroom, and 1 separate toilet.
