Our home is located off of scenic Bragg Hill overlooking the Sugarbush area. The home was built in 2007 and is on a quiet road with amazing winter views of Sugarbush North and the Sugarbush Valley. The location is ideal for getting to Waitsfield Village (5 minutes), Mad River Glen (10 minutes), Sugarbush North (10 minutes). The home has a two car garage, a comfortable living space, nice entryway/boot storage, and two bedrooms (1 with a queen bed, 2nd with a twin and trundle bed and a crib) The family room couch folds out into a full size bed. Full size laundry. A great small family home. Enjoy the hiking/mountain biking/snowshoe trails of Phen Basin only 300 feet up the road. All linens are provided, cable television, and wireless DSL. Non-smoking home, sorry no pets allowed.

Our home is located 5 minutes from Waitsfield Village, and 10 minutes to Mad River Glen and Sugarbush Skiing. We have hiking/mountain biking trails in the Phen Basin preserve just 300 feet from the driveway. Take advantage of all the outdoor fun and activities of the Mad River Valley.

A Great Vermont Hideaway

This rental offers everything to make your Vermont stay a wonderful experience. Located near the village of Waitsfield, a few miles from both Sugarbush and Mad River Glen resorts, this house offers all the comforts and then some. Two-door garage, central heating, fully stocked kitchen (knives, pots, pans, microwave, gas stove and oven), washer and dryer, BBQ, fireplace, two TV-DVD units, WI-FI along with a great living area to come home to after a hike or a day on the slopes, separate bedrooms and beautiful natural lighting, this oasis is the perfect getaway.

As a summer renter, I enjoyed cycling the Gaps, all of which are accessible from the Waitsfield village; miles and miles of hiking, local restaurants and shops offering Vermont products and specialities; numerous Vermont villages, Stowe, Waterbury, Warren, Bristol, Middlebury as well as the capital, Montpelier and Burlington are less than an hour away. I can only imagine how great this location must be in winter time. Truly amazing!

Wonderful Fall Vacation

Just unlock the door, unpack your bags and the fun and relaxation begins. Home is new, clean, immaculate, with toasty warm radiant heat. All the supplies you need: linens, cooking supplies. Beautifully decorated. Phen basin wilderness hikes right outside your door. Walk down the road for beautiful views from Bragg hill. Fun open floor plan with kitchen overlooking family room with great fireplace. Easy access to town and all that the valley has to offer: skiing, skating, swimming, fishing, cycling, hiking. Fabulous location.
