Naples Heritiage Gated Bundled Golf Community. Decorated like model with new leather furniture in den and office furniture in 2nd bedroom. Crown molding, Detached garage. Screened in lanai on back is a great place to relax and you also have a front screened in lanai. This unit is on the 2nd floor with a great view of the lake and golf course. Brand new club house. Yoga, water aerobics, weight classes available in new work-out facility, several pools and only 8 miles from beach.
Private road with no through traffic. If you love to walk, ride bikes, golf, swim, work out and/or just relax, Naples Heritage is the place to be.
Highly rated golf course in Florida which is why the community is also hard to get rentals in. They rent fast.
Pets not allowed.
