This modern house is located in the newly developed and gated community of Ventanas. It features 3 bedrooms on the first floor and a studio room with a futon bed on the second floor. The common living areas (living room, dining area and kitchen are located on the second floor so you can enjoy the spectacular and unobstructed view of the Sea of Cortez and 'Land's End'. When the pocket doors off the living room are open to the full length balcony, a delightful sea breeze fills the living room. Enjoy community activities at the clubhouse such as jazz bands and wine tastings. Wireless Internet, community pool and hot tub are located at the clubhouse as well. Other features include 3 full bathrooms, laundry facilities, parking for 2 cars, dining and entertainment guides. A great place to vacation or spend the winter!
