Description of the Orlando vacation villa rental
Superbly furnished and equipped 5 Bedroom 4 Bathroom (3 ensuite) fully air-conditioned villa 10 minutes from Disney World and close to many championship golf courses. The lounge features a comfortable sofa and love seat with entertainment center, 32’ TV, DVD and VCR combo, wireless internet access, and free local and long distance phone service throughout the U.S., Puerto Rico and Canada. The villa has a games room with full-size pool table. Patio doors lead to screened decking area with heated pool, luxury poolside furniture for lounging, sunbathing & outside dining, also a charcoal grill for guests’ BBQ use. Bedrooms comprise 1 king master suite, 2 queen master suites, and 4 twin beds. For families with babies, we have additional comforts including a crib, high chair and a stroller for walks in Disney and other attractions. There is a fully fitted kitchen with 2 breakfast bars, separate dining room and separate fully equipped laundry room.

Hampton Lakes is a prestigious new community with a communal lake, swimming pool, floodlit tennis and volleyball courts and two children’s play areas, all available for guests to use FREE of charge. It is situated on US highway 27 with Walt Disney World only 10 minutes away and near to many championship golf courses, supermarkets, shops, bars and restaurants. Universal Studios, Sea World, Wet n Wild and the famous shopping areas of International Drive and Florida Mall are a 30 minute drive away.
