Tastefully furnished and equipped 5 Bedroom (all have TVs) 4 Bathroom (3 en-suite) fully air-conditioned villa 10 miles from Disney World and close to many championship golf courses and shopping mall. The lounge features a comfortable sofa and love seat with entertainment center, 32’ TV, DVD and VCR combo, wireless Internet access, and free local and long distance phone service throughout the U.S., Puerto Rico and Canada. The villa has a games room with full-size pool table and air hockey table. Patio doors lead to screened decking area with heated pool, and a charcoal grill for guests’ BBQ use. Bedrooms comprise one king master suite, two queen master suites, and four twin beds. There are TVs in all bedrooms. For families with babies, we have additional comforts including a crib, high chair and a stroller for walks in Disney and other attractions. There is a fully fitted kitchen with 2 breakfast bars, separate dining room and fully equipped laundry room.

A shopping mall including a 24-hour Walmart Super Center is only 4 miles away. Universal Studios, Sea World and Wet n Wild, trophy bass fishing lake, Lake Toho, and the famous shopping areas of International Drive and Florida Mall are about 30 minute drive away. Beaches such as Clearwater on the Golf coast and Daytona Beach and the Kennedy Space Center on the east coast are approximately one hour’s drive away

We really enjoyed our week stay. The owner was great to work with. He was very prompt to answer any questions we had and kept us well informed. Great value on such a beautiful place! Very kid friendly. We would certainly recommend to anyone.

We enjoyed staying in this villa very much. There were 6 adults in our group, so the 3 master suites were a perfect solution. We loved the pool and game room. Villa was very clean and well maintained. We had one slight issue on arrival, but we called the property manager and they were at the house within minutes of the call and took care of everything. The owner responds very quickly to all communication. The location of the villa was great. Very close to stores and restaurants and all Disney attractions. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone.

Had a great time

My family really enjoyed the villa. Lots of space for kids and tv's in every room, very comfortable atmosphere. Only a couple of complaints. The pool was green and everyone wanted to swim more but we didn't feel comfortable swimming in a green pool. And also, I would add one more couch in the living room so large families can sit and enjoy each other more comfortably while watching tv or playing games. Otherwise, no complaints at all.

Owner seemed very friendly during the entire process of renting and even when I told him of the pool, he said he was sure to get that fixed and apologize. And I understand these things can happen at no fault of the owner.

Would recommend to large families vacationing together.

Large house with 5 bedrooms in average condition. Pool heat did not work but owner refunded extra charges. 15 min, to Disney. Property manager was very responsive to issues. Everything was in good working order except for the pool heater. Good value.

i will definetely recommend this place to all my friends and relatives because not only the villa is great but the owner is awesome, he is very accomodating and he is so quick to answer all your question. I have been to many vacation rentals but this one is really great. Oh yes we will be coming back again very soon.
