Enjoy pool and lush landscape view from the lanai of this impeccable 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath, vacation town home in the gated Kai Lani community at the Ko Olina Marina & Resort on the island of Oahu, Hawaii. This 2 bedroom upper level unit is just steps from the ocean and has panoramic views of the beautiful Hawaii landscape. The living room includes a comfy sofa, over sized chair and ottoman, 32 inch TV with Panasonic stereo sound, free digital cable, CD, DVD and VCR, and free high-speed Internet. The town home has central air conditioning, high ceilings, and ceiling fans in the living room and each of the 2 master suites. Each suite has TV, CD, DVD and VCR. Also have washer/dryer and a fully appointed kitchen that includes polished granite counters, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender, and all essential cooking utensils. Housekeeping and catering services available upon request.

Great Place to Stay!

We loved the Ko Olina resort area. It was quiet but located near the town of Kapolei that had everything you needed. The beach coves were perfect for swimming, snorkeling and relaxing. The rental home was clean and included extras such as snorkel equipment, boggie boards and beach towels. The owners are very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this property to a friend. The only drawback is if you want to spend a lot of time in Waikiki and like a lot of traffic and commotion than stay in Waikiki not Ko Olina.

Relaxing, quiet, fun for all ages!

Our family had a great experience @ the Kai Lani townhome. It was very spaceous, all the amenities. We had easy access to the pool, to the ocean lagoons, and hotel restaurants. Although we enjoyed cooking in our unit and using the BBQ @ the pool. We have two small boys who loved the space in the townhouse....and we loved that they had a separate room. Rick and Dixie also had extra snorkeling, boogie board and sand toys for the kids. We would definately recommend this stay to our friends and would love to come back for a second visit.

Great family home and location

We just returned from a thoroughly relaxing vacation at this home. We have four children (under the age of 9) and they all really enjoyed the great pool, the Luau at Paradise Cove and swimming with the turtles and fish in the secluded bay near by. The fully equipped immaculate maintained unit worked perfectly for our family - allowing us to eat many meals in. The in-suite laundry and dishwasher were greatly appreciated.

We originally were going to stay in Waikiki but found this location to be away from all the noise and traffic (while being accessible to all of the attractions).

A wonderful vacation get away!

My family and I loved staying at this resort! The condo was clean and very well maintained. The property is very quiet and peaceful. We had a wonderful time. Dixie helped us by making the extra effort to ensure we had a wonderful time snorkeling and enjoying the area around Ko Olina. The washer and dryer came in very handy. We loved the view from the balcony! We enjoyed the very short walk down to the cove to watch the sea turtles and the whales.

A home in paradise

Aloha Rick and Dixie,

Thank you for opening your rental home up to my family. This was our first vacation to Hawaii, and enjoyed it more than any other vacation our family has ever taken. I credit our experience to having a cozy, comfortable, and welcoming home to enjoy during our visit. The pool area is beautiful and tranquil with the canopy of palm trees. The grills and picnic area located around the pool made it possible for us to spend relaxing evenings at home after a day at the beach or sight seeing.

The location of your home is convenient to everything. We truly enjoyed the lagoons at Ko'Olina, the restaurants at the Marriot resorts, and the 1 minute walk out to the ocean every morning and evening. I couldn't wait to take my daily ritual walk to the ocean hoping to see humpback whales. This is something I have been planning since I was a child myself. You don't see too many whales in Ohio, unless they are named Shamu. I was pleasantly surprised on many occasions to not only see whales, but giant sea turtles, a hawaiian monk seal, and many other residents of nature practically in your backyard.

We also ventured to many other areas of the island to experience the beautiful beaches, to take in lots of other sights and shopping. Nothing, was more than an hour away. My children were given the opportunity to experience something that my husband and I never could have imagined during our childhood.
