Charming southside Rehoboth home, perfect house for your week at the beach. A short walk takes you to the ocean and boardwalk or to the avenue and downtown Rehoboth. Our house has 4 Bedrooms, a full kitchen and dining room, living room, new TV in TV room with roomy couch (can be used as 5th bedroom if needed). We also have a screened-in back porch, a large back yard and back patio with Jacuzzi, grill and an outdoor shower. Short walk to beautiful Silver Lake with tot lot and footbridge to ball fields. Biking, sailing, surfing, fishing all within easy reach. Central air, fully heated in winter with great fireplace. Cable and Wifi. Pet friendly with extra deposit.

Perfect Weekend House at a Great Location

Myself and about ten friends signed up to run in the Dogfishhead Dash in late September. We were coming from D.C. so we wanted to make a weekend out of it, preferring to stay in an accommodating house that was close to the beach and Rehoboth's main strip. Being a walkable 5 blocks from both, this house fit that bill perfectly. We walked from the front door to the beach and the shops/restaurants and back with no problems, both during the day and evening. The streets are far from busy and lined with sidewalks and beautiful homes.

The house itself worked out very well. Plenty of beds and room for everyone. Spacious kitchen with enough room to cook and dine, a screened-in porch, outdoor shower, big screen TV and a most welcoming jacuzzi in the backyard. The neighborhood is also nice and quiet and filled with trees. This was a much more peaceful, comfortable and relaxed setting compared to our condo stay at Dewey Beach the previous year.

I also can't say enough kind things about the he owner. She is quite gracious and responsive. Setting up the weekend and handling the logistics were a cinch. I also left my pillow at the house and she went out of her way to mail it back to me. Thanks again for that!
