Located on the corner of Commercial St. & Franklin St., this sun-filled condo offers the quietness of the residential living, but also the proximity to all of the excitement downtown has to offer! After a night on the town, enjoy sipping your coffee on your unit exclusive private deck & patio. From the beautiful wide pine floors, slate master bath built for two, the stainless steel kitchen appliances, to the blue stone outdoor patio w/ gas grill... this place offers it all! The bedrooms were designed apart to offer more privacy, & the guest bath features a 'beachy' feel with tumbled beach glass tile. An open living area floor lends itself to easy entertaining. Even though the ocean provides a constant cool breeze, air conditioning is available. Cable tv, Washer/Dryer, parking, & all the amenities are provided as well.
