2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms,( sleeps 6) EASTERN KING, QUEEN & 2 TWINS

Walk one-half block (approximately) to boat-slips and channel. Recently remodeled 2 bedroom/2 bath condo is located in the ever popular Queens Bay Resort. Enjoy beautiful views of the sunset, mountains, channel, World Famous London Bridge, lake, and the golf course. UNIT IS JUST ABOVE THE FIRST TEE WATCH GOLFERS TEE-OFF FROM THE RECLINER BEST CONDO FOR WATCHING GOLFERS. Relax on a leather, reclining sofa (feet up on both ends) while watching HD, 40', flat screen, cable television with extended channels Sleep easy on like new king, queen, & 2 twin size beds.There are dinning areas for 5 people (fold-away table plus breakfast bar with 2 bar stools & 3 piece patio set on balcony.) Unit is the (LARGER MODEL IN QUIETER LOCATION WITHIN COMPLEX)extra insulation in dishwasher, ceiling + walls. Condo also has all dual pane glass windows which includes slider. Stone-look beige floor tile in entry, kitchen, bathrooms, and patio. Plush carpeting in living room, and bedrooms is in a warm, sand-colored beige. Breakfast bar has two plush barstools. Unit has sun-shades NEW STAINLESS FRIG & PATIO SET & MORE.

Never a dull moment since there are so many things within walking distance of the condo! Walk across the street to the movie theater, or choose one of the several restaurants there. At the upper end of Rotary Park, you will love the heated, indoor aquatic park with giant slide, and waves. Exercise classes, and lap swimming are taking place almost daily. Your young ones will like the skateboard park at lower end of Rotary Park. Also, take the River Taxi across the lake to Havasu Landing where you can enjoy fine dining, or maybe play at the casino. If you would like to tie-the-knot, or renew your vows, there are wedding gazebos on both sides of the bridge. Perhaps, if you are up for a little drive, you can always head up to Laughlin, NV ( approx. one & one quarter hours away,) to enjoy all they have to offer. You can take Scenic Route 66 and visit the burrows in Oatman, AZ--this is very close to Laughlin (gambling, entertainment, and good food.) Can't find something you want to do? Visit the building by the large water fountain in English Village by the bridge. They will tell you all about their town. While you are there, ask them for information for inexpensive tickets to the Landing aboard the boat.

Owner's Response: Yes, we have one of the largest parking lots in Lake Havasu. Golf club- house, 2 parks,(within 1 park is Aquatic indoor waterpark with waves & huge indoor/outdoor slide, & also skateboard park,) lake, beaches, London Bridge, boat rentals, jet ski rentals, English Village, town, boat shuttle to casino across the lake are just steps away.

We are from Canada and had never done a trip south before. We picked this location off the internet and were more than happy with our holiday. I would recommend this to anyone. The area has everything and the condo is clean and equipped with everything you would ever think of needing. The cable TV had all the channels and the internet was good. The rest is just like the pictures, only better. Friends came to visit one afternoon and describe it as “very elegant” and we found it comfortable and safe, with lots of very friendly neighbors. It is close to everything on the canal and shopping is not far away. The local people have tons of ideas if you were to run out of places to go and see. Lovely time and would like to do this again sometime.

Our family enjoyed staying in this Queens Bay Condo very much. It was clean, fully stocked with all the conveniences of home, ie... kitchen appliances, washer and dryer, and towels for the bathrooms. The facilities were immaculate and the pool was enjoyable. The location of this condo was perfect. We could walk to great restaurants, bars and even the channel and it was a quick drive to everything else. The folks in LHC were so welcoming and nice. The owners of this condo were very easy to rent from and were accessible by phone to answer any questions. We had a great time and will be back.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, People with Disabilities

Great place to stay

We spent the weekend there and it is in a prime location and great place to stay!!! Will stay there again in the near future. Elaine was great person helping me out with all my needs (this was my first time since 2002).
