I was looking pretty last-minute for a place for a place to stay for the weekend. I stumbled across this beautiful property online. From the very beginning, all of my emails and questions were answered quickly and all of the responses were so friendly. The whole booking process was extremely smooth and easy.

The apartment was stunning - the pictures really don't do the property justice. The building was amazing and the location was fantastic. Very close to all main subway lines and a 5 minute walk to South Street Seaport. I really wasn't expecting it to be as quick, easy and painless as it really was.

Definitely book now if you can. Will definitely book again!

Awesome apartment, awesome service from the host who helped usin case we had any doubt, the apartment is just like in the pictures, except its prettier when you are in it.

its very centrical, you have 3 subway stations really close to each other which makes moving from one point to another really easy. Right next to the building, there's a store, where you may buy drinks and food.

I really recommed this user and the apartment, I know next time I'll be in New York City, this will be my first and only choice.

Great Location & Almost Perfect Stay

The apartment was a perfect place for our group of 3 to stay for almost a week in November. The Downtown location couldn't be beat - and the apartment was very well appointed, it had almost everything we needed. The building is beautiful, convenient and trendy!The whole experience was easy and a great way to stay in NYC. The only issues were that the Clothes Dryer was not working during our stay and we could have used a a better iron and ironing board - minor things! Otherwise our stay was perfect - thank you!

Myself and my partner stayed at this apartment for 6 days over Thanks Giving and found it exceptional. The owner Gabriel was at the apartment to greet us when we arrived and explained everything. The apartment was spotless and had everything you'd need for self catering. Very luxurious feel to the apartment and the whole building. Lounge and Gym on the top floor for you to enjoy. Location was great and only 5 mins. walk to Wall Street Subway. Century 21 Department Store about 15 mins. walk away. Only good things to say about this apartment and owner only a phone call away should you need anything. Would have no hesitation in booking it again should I return to New York which I'm sure I will.

my wife and I booked the flat for a 4 day vacation in New York. I have previously rented other flats in New York but for my wife it was her first visit. I had explained before we arrived that rental properties in New York often were inferior to European and other US properties. We wereboth pleased and pleasantly surprised when we walked in. A small but well equipped flat. Very nicely furnished and a HD television and free internet connection. The area gets a little quiet in the evening but we loved the atmosphere and the friendly staff at the reception. The owner himself was nice and made us feel at home at once. We will rent again for sure.
