One or two people can stay in this new little studio apartment and still have plenty of money left over for nice meals and seeing the sites! With all there is to see and do in San Diego, how much time are you going to spend inside anyway! Less than three blocks from beautiful Sail Bay and only 7-8 blocks from the ocean, you can stroll or ride our provided bikes on the miles and miles of Mission Beach, Pacific Beach and Mission bay boardwalks. This studio was just built and nicely furnished including a flat screen Plasma TV (on cable) above a fireplace, a large bathroom, lots of closet space, a good size kitchen and little table for two. the Day-Bed folds out with two twin-size mattresses providing a sleeping area for two that is larger than a queen bed. Cable internet/WiFi, too! What are you waiting for?

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

  • Holidays are subject to a 15-25% premium rate increase depending upon length of stay.
  • Cleaning fee is $70 to $125 depending upon length of stay and season.
    1/3 of your total reservation fee reserves the property. The balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival.
    A credit card on file will satisfy the $500 security deposit (like renting a car).
    Last Minute Discounts are considered.
    We will allow 2 night reservations only at the last minute with a reduced cleaning and laundry fee.

Walking barefoot on the beach, strolling on the boardwalks, watching the sunset and maybe getting a glimpse of the green flash right as the sun dips below the horizon all free!
