Cozy, comfortable, clean, condo w/fireplace for those cool evenings. This is a quiet ground level corner unit with a large brick patio and screen porch. Walking distance (10-15 min. max) to Weirs Boulevard, the lake, the beach and all the activities, Arcades, Water Slide, Hobo Train, Mt. Washington cruises - Seasonal fireworks every Friday night @ 10 can be seen from the property. Multi-screen drive-in theatre down the hill. One queen sized bed in each bedroom, queen sized pull out sofa, plus a twin sized double high aero bed. Great shopping at Mill Falls in Meredith, lots of indoor fun for the kids and adults at 'Funspot' - a 5 min. drive. Only 25 minutes or less to public golf, outlet shopping in Tilton, Nascar races, and winter/summer activities at Gunstock Recreation Area. Both a convenience store and 'Kellerhaus' (gift shop with ice cream buffets and weekend waffle breakfasts) are a 2 min walk. Easy, scenic 1 hr. drive to the White Mountain area.

We loved this spot. The condo was like home away from home. It had everything possible including pamphlets for local attractions and restaurants. The owners were very accommodating and pleasant to deal with. We hope to revisit again next year! We could not ask for more.

This condo was well maintained, beautifully decorated, and CLEAN. Extras were provided such as games, books, sports equipment, and more. The owner was helpful and very quick in mailing back my security deposit. The price was great. The pool area was clean. I would definitely recommend this condo and hope to stay here again next summer. Oh, Funspot is right up the road and great fun even for adults.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children
