Grand Vista Villa, located in Blue Mountain Beach was completed July 15, 2008. Grand Vista is a three story 4000 square foot home with custom tile flooring throughout all three floors, granite and tile bathrooms and granite and stainless steel appliances in the kitchen. The house is just a 3 minutes walk from the beach with no busy roads to cross. Private community pool shared by 6 homes, just at the end of the street. A private golf cart is available to make beach access that much easier. The house features a number of balconies located on the second and third floor as well as a tower balcony with breathtaking panoramic views of Blue Mountain area and the Gulf of Mexico. The living room has ample seating for large groups, a large flat screen PanasonicTV as well as a dining room and breakfast bar that can accommodate 12 for meals. The second floor also has an intimate seating TV viewing area for smaller group.

  • Rates starting from $500 nightly to $2500 weekly.
  • Reservations: The rental amount is calculated by adding 11%for the Florida State and County Bed Tax. To reserve a date and property a completed contract (which will be sent via email) and 1/3rd of rental payment is required within 5 days. The last 2/3 payment is due 60 days prior to your date of occupancy. All payments and taxes can be charged via credit card (Visa or MasterCard). A credit card form will be supplied on request or information done by phone order.

    A credit card information will be held for damages.
  • Mandatory Evacuation: A hurricane must be named by the National Weather Service and a mandatory evacuation for Destin must be issued in order to be refunded for early departure/late arrival. If this is the case a pro-rated amount will be refunded. We highly encourage travel insurance.
