Kitchen has granite counters and stainless-steel appliances. Other amenities include washer/dryer; cable television, Wi-Fi, 4 TVs & DVD players, A/C in bedrooms, ceiling fans too. Enjoy a meal, July 4th fireworks, the famous Falmouth Road Race or an evening breeze from the 40' ocean view deck overlooking Vineyard Sound. Walk to wonderful restaurants, the ferry to Martha's Vineyard, Falmouth Yacht club and harbor, shops and Cape Cod League Baseball games. Rear patio with gas grill, chimnea for roasting marshmallows and table/chairs for outdoor dining in the professionally landscaped yard. Enclosed outdoor hot water shower. There is off street parking for 5 cars in the driveway! All linens and towels are included.The house is also available for fall and spring get aways and for guests attending weddings or other celebrations on Cape Cod.

There are 3 bedrooms on the 2nd floor and a sitting room. The large bedroom has a set of bunk beds and another twin bed to sleep 3 comfortably. the other two bedrooms have queen beds. The sitting room is perfedt for a crib or to rock young children to sleep in the rocking chair. All bedrooms have air conditioning, bureas and ample closet space. On the third floor there are 2 bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the master bedroom with a king bed. Both rooms have air conditioning and ceiling fans. On the lower level, there are 2 bedrooms one with a queen bed and the other with a set of twin beds. These bedrooms are located off the lower level family room and may be ideal for a nanny or teenagers.

Notes: There is a family room in the lower level with chairs, TV, Videos/ DVDs and games for children / teens to enjoy on a rainy day or in the evening. Two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with a set of twin beds are off the family room area. These bedrooms are perfect for a nanny or teenagers. There is offstreet parking available for 5 cars! There is a lockable shed in which the beach chairs,etc are stored and a second refrigerator for extra drinks,ice cream and food during your vacation. Your bikes or other beach toys, etc. may be stored there too during your stay. The house has an alarm system which you may use during your stay, with an alarm code of your choice. Otherwise the system will be disarmed, with the exception of the built in fire alarms, while you enjoy your stay.
