Large centralized floor plan three bedroom home in a private marina community on the Great Wicomico River just minutes from the Chesapeake Bay. New in 2007, this house has a large great room opening into the dining and large modern kitchen area with breakfast bar. A concrete-stone attached patio is accessed through the dining area. Gas grill and picnic table. The house is situated on ½ acre and located one block from private community pool, launch ramp and pier.

Beautiful House, Lovely neighborhood

We just returned from a 4 night stay in this home. It was very nice, clean, and comfortable. I would recommend it highly. The pool area is very nice too with beautiful views of the Wicomico River.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
